Job Description

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Lead who is organised, forward thinking, and creatively driven to support the delivery of our digital marketing initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives within a well-structured plan, yet brings fresh ideas, energy, and strong relationship-building skills to the table.

You will play a key role in maintaining our strong NZ foundation while driving meaningful growth in AU and the US. With international expansion accelerating, you will help identify and support new market opportunities through consistent, strategic digital execution that strengthens brand awareness and performance.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to the day to day running of our digital activity with a strategic and analytical mindset. You will plan data informed campaigns, manage budgets, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure our content not only engages but delivers measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the digital strategy across NZ, AU, US, and new markets
  • Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across social, email, paid media, and web
  • Monitor budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance and commercial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality content and campaigns
  • Analyse data, report performance, and provide insights to drive growth and brand consistency
  • Oversee social and influencer activity, ensuring alignment with broader digital strategy

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience: 

  • 4 or more years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within ecommerce or retail

  • Confident managing budgets, pacing, and channel performance 
  • Strong capability across Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, Pinterest, and social scheduling tools
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data to drive decisions
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
