Job Description

What we're looking for:

We are on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who can take our social presence to the next level, with a little less focus on perfectly polished content and more on creating meaningful, engaging content that our audience genuinely wants to see and interact with.

We are looking for someone who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of platform native content to elevate Città’s presence across all social channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a design-led environment, understands brand storytelling, and is confident producing and directing engaging video content.

You will drive the social strategy across NZ, AU, and the US, shaping how the brand is represented, discovered, and engaged with online. You will play a central role in growing our audience, building brand awareness, and nurturing a strong community through thoughtful, authentic content that captures real brand moments and delivers a consistent, elevated voice.

This role requires a modern creator mindset. You must be confident in shooting, editing, and producing video content in-house, as well as collaborating with the Content Team on larger creative moments. You will stay ahead of social trends and platform behaviour, ensuring Città shows up in relevant, compelling ways that support both brand and commercial objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social strategy across NZ, AU & the US, defining content pillars, platform approach, and always-on direction.

  • Create and produce engaging social-first content, including in-house video for Reels and TikTok.

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and channel hygiene, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, and on-brand.

  • Build an engaged community through active responses, sentiment monitoring, and audience insights.

  • Manage influencer partnerships from sourcing through to briefing, gifting, and performance tracking.

  • Track and report on social performance, delivering insights that inform future content and strategic decisions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience

  • 3 or more years in social media, content creation, or a related digital role
  • Strong experience producing and editing video content for Reels and TikTok
  • Deep understanding of social platform behaviour, algorithms, and trends
  • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across multiple markets
  • Strong copywriting ability with a refined, consistent brand tone
  • Confident using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent editing tools
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Pinterest scheduling, and analytics tools
