Job Description
With approximately 10 retail stores and 130 team members nationwide, Città is known for its timeless, artistic textiles and designed to last furniture, all while having a kind, purpose driven team who love working together. We are on the hunt for an experienced accounts all-rounder to join our small and friendly team.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Daily processing of banking and applying customer payments
Bank reconciliations including foreign currencies
Liaising with our own retail stores for POS queries
Liaising with customers regarding payments of accounts
All AP functions and to take ownership of the incoming emails, statement and invoice queries, coding, approvals and general follow up.
Desired Skills and Experience
To hit the ground running, you will need to have worked in Accounts Receivable/Payable for a minimum of 1 year and be familiar with Excel. Our ideal candidate knows and loves Citta and is articulate with strong communication skills and a great sense of humour.
