This role is located at MADE, 401 Grey Street, Hamilton East.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Driving Sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Motivating a close-knit team of people who bond over their mutual appreciation for homewares and furniture
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Managing stock inventory in-store
To hit the ground running, you will need strong problem-solving, time management and relationship building skills. With natural people management capabilities and heightened attention to detail, the successful candidate will be sales focused, energetic and have a passion for our products. We need someone with an engaging and outgoing personality, who is proactive and willing to learn.
You will have a minimum of five years retail sales experience, ideally with high end products (particularly with interiors/furniture) and working with three or more direct reports. Complimenting your proven track record of achieving sales targets will be your firm belief in delivering a personalised service experience with every customer interaction. You will need to have strong administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems in order to excel in this role.
This is a permanent salaried position working Sunday to Thursday including public holidays when required.
