Job Description

This role will be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys content production, photography and coordinating the execution of creative direction. Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams, you’ll coordinate the production and rollout of campaigns and product launches, helping take approved creative direction through to finished content and final asset delivery.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in production coordination, photography production, content coordination or digital asset management.

What you’ll be doing

Content Production

  • Coordinate annual and campaign-specific shoots, including calendars, shot lists, timelines and deliverables
  • Bring creative direction from the Design and Marketing teams to life by coordinating the people, resources and production required
  • Coordinate end-to-end shoot logistics, including photographers, locations, schedules, samples, equipment, props and budgets
  • Coordinate product and sample transfers required for shoots
  • Assist with photography production and content creation across campaigns and brand initiatives as needed
  • Ensure content is delivered on time, within budget and aligned with campaign objectives

Creative & Brand Support

  • Support the execution of established creative direction across campaigns and launches
  • Work within established creative guidelines to ensure consistency across brand content and touchpoints
  • Coordinate the production of commercially relevant content for multiple markets, including NZ, AU and the US, while maintaining brand integrity

Asset & Digital Asset Management

  • Manage asset QA, versioning, delivery and organisation processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and usability
  • Produce and deliver a clean, complete asset package for each relevant channel, ensuring assets are correctly named, accurately filed and supplied in the required formats and versions. Confirm channel requirements early enough to inform shoot planning, content capture and production requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of ongoing product photography, natural shadows, clear-cuts and required post-production liaising with outsourced suppliers
  • Own and maintain campaign and product asset timelines, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and providing clear WIP visibility across assets in production, post-production, approval and final delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for asset-related queries across the business

Desired Skills and Experience

  • About you:

  • Previous experience in content coordination, photography production, creative production, marketing, asset management or a similar role
  • A strong interest in creative production and visual content, with on-set experience highly regarded
  • Confident working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to adapt, resize and prepare campaign assets for digital and print applications.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts simultaneously
  • Confident communicating with creatives, photographers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with digital assets, file formats and organised file structures
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved
  •

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, fast-moving business and play a key role in bringing our campaigns and visual content to life, from coordinating shoots and production through to managing and delivering the final assets.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Applications close October 15th.
